Our goal: Make the absolute best non-alcoholic cocktails for house parties, concerts, comedy shows, bars, and wherever the night takes you.

Too many alcohol-free drinks were clear, too corporate, or focused on function alone. We wanted something bold, flavor-forward and genuinely fun!

Founder Summit Milone created noVice after realizing that choosing not to drink often meant choosing between water, soda or an alcohol-free option that did not fit the energy of the night. She set out to build the drink she wanted to order: colorful, flavor-forward and cool to have in-hand.
Skipping alcohol should never mean feeling like you are sitting out.
